When and where is the wedding taking place?
Our Indian-style wedding celebration will take place on November 26th at Deer Park Villa in Fairfax, CA. The festivities will begin at 12:30 PM PDT.
What should I wear to the wedding?
We invite you to embrace the festive spirit of our Indian-style wedding by wearing traditional attire if possible. For women, this could include sarees, lehengas, or salwar kameez, and for men, kurta-pajamas, sherwanis, or suits with ethnic touches.
Will there be any pre-wedding events?
​Yes, guests are invited to participate in the Haldi (turmeric) and Mehendi (henna) ceremonies. We kindly request that guests wear shades of yellow or green to these ceremonies to complement the festive atmosphere. A henna artist will be on-site, and guests are welcome to get a henna tattoo on their hands. Details will be provided closer to the date.
What can I expect during the wedding ceremony?
The wedding ceremony will include traditional rituals such as the exchange of garlands (Jaimala), the Seven Steps (Saptapadi), and other customs that reflect our Indian cultural heritage.
Are there any specific customs or traditions I should be aware of?
We encourage you to participate in the joyous celebrations and embrace the traditions of our Indian-style wedding. Feel free to ask any questions you may have, and our family members will be happy to explain the significance of each ritual.
What accommodations are available nearby?

How do I RSVP for the wedding?
Please RSVP by October 1st using the RSVP form on our website or by contacting us directly. We kindly request your response to help us plan accordingly.
Will there be vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options available?

Are children welcome at the wedding?
Yes, children are welcome to join in the celebrations. We will have arrangements to ensure their comfort and enjoyment during the event.
Is there a policy regarding pets at the wedding?
Only ADA compliant trained service animals are allowed at the wedding venue. We kindly request that other pets remain at home.
What should I expect in terms of parking and transportation?
